The main tasks of the employee are:

  • cooperation with local governments: cities and their subordinate units, poviats, marshal offices, educational institutions and municipal companies
  • creating parts of applications that are part of the City Platform used by the largest cities in Poland
  • participating in creating common system components and in work related to system integration

Requirements:

  • good knowledge of PL / SQL
  • knowledge of Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
  • knowledge of relational databases and issues related to the design of database applications
  • at least 3 years work experience in the implementation of commercial projects
  • higher education (preferably IT)
  • knowledge of English allowing at least reading technical documentation
  • responsibility for performed tasks
  • analytical thinking and openness to seeking new solutions

Matczak (Garbary 35/9, 61-868 Poznań, employment agency entered in the KRAZ register under number 23784), who is also the Administrator personal data (hereinafter: "Deventon" or "Administrator"). I am aware of the fact that the recruitment process in which I take part is conducted for the benefit of a potential employer based in Poland or in the EU / EEA, who commissioned Deventon to perform the service. Taking the opportunity, I also consent to the needs of future recruitment processes carried out within a period of 7 years from the date of submission of my application documents, except for the situation in which the recruitment contract will be continued or the Administrator will be required to process (including store) data on based on generally applicable law. I agree to the transfer of personal data specified in art. 22 (1) § 1 of the Labor Code (name, surname, date of birth, contact details I provided, including telephone number, e-mail address, education, information on professional qualifications and the course of previous employment). Voluntarily and on my own initiative, I also agree to the processing of personal data referred to in art. 22 (1) §3 of the Labor Code, as well as the following information belonging to a specific category of personal data within the meaning of art. 9 of the Regulation: address of residence or registered address, PESEL number, ID card series and number, all information contained in the ID card, driving license, or other documents confirming my other skills, marital status, number and details of children, bank account number to which the future employer will provide remuneration for work, a picture of my image and information about my state of health.

I would like to emphasize, however, that I am aware that at the recruitment stage neither Deventon nor the future or potential employer may require me to give such consent (special category of data) or make the result of recruitment dependent on its granting. I understand and acknowledge that the lack of consent to the processing of personal data or its withdrawal may not be the basis for unfavorable treatment of the applicant, and may not cause any negative consequences towards him, in particular, may not be the reason justifying refusal of employment, termination of the contract for a job or termination without notice by the employer. I also undertake not to provide Deventon with my personal data regarding convictions and infringements within the meaning of Art. 10 of the Regulation, irrespective of whether I was / was previously convicted / not. I acknowledge and agree that Dr. Dominik Matczak authorizes to process my personal data all persons employed by him under an employment contract, mandate contract, work contract or managerial contract. At the same time, I know that I have the right to access my personal data and correct it, withdraw my consent to their processing at any time, which I can fulfill by sending an appropriate request to rodo@deventon.pl, as well as that providing my personal data was completely voluntary. I also know that I can object to the processing of personal data and lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. In case of any doubts regarding my personal data, I will contact their Administrator, dr. Dominik Matczak, sending an email to rodo@deventon.pl; by traditional mail to the address of the Deventon employment agency or call.
